I have given intermittent fasting (I.F.) a try lately.  This is my attempt to convince you that I am not insane for doing so. 🙂  I know it seems strange, I used to think so too!  Surprisingly there is a lot of science out there, suggesting I.F.’s credibility as a mechanism to increase overall health.  Here’s the best that I have found:
